Author Blog Challenge – Writing Prompt #5

Day 2 was full of fantastic posts from more than 40 Author Blog Challenge participants. Some embrace writing classes; others find them rather pointless. Check out our Day 2 Recap if you’d like to see excerpts from a few of them.

Thanks to Lauralee Hutton for an excellent suggestion to simplify sharing your posts on Twitter! When you add your link, include a BRIEF description, making it simple for someone to RT it. Use a service like https://bitly.com to shorten a long link for inclusion in a Twitter feed. The nice thing about bitly is that it gives you a way to track your metrics and see who’s referring you and how many people are clicking on your links.

If you’d like to see ALL the writing prompts that have been released to date, please visit the PROMPTS page.

In order to make things easier, we’re going to post all of the links to the daily posts in the comments section on ONE Facebook post that looks something like this.

Also, please make sure you post the link to your actual blog posts on our Facebook group page, NOT the general link for your blog.
